Users of the BlueRed application can delete their account and all associated data directly from within the app.

How to delete your account

1-Open the BlueRed app

2-Go to Settings

3-Select Delete my account

4-Confirm the deletion

Data deleted

Deleting your account will permanently remove the following data:

User account information

Health and medical data

Uploaded medical documents

Once the deletion is confirmed, the user is automatically logged out and redirected to the welcome screen.
